Our ​contact centre is often the first interaction for our 800,000 customers across the UK. 

Our dedicated teams in Bristol and Edinburgh provide excellent customer service to our customers on the Motability Scheme throughout their lease. This role is perfect for people with the ability to solve complex problems while providing our customers with empathy and understanding.

We resolve over 90% of customer queries and questions at the first point of contact.

As a specialist in our Contact Services team at Motability Operations, you can expect:

  • Flexible working arrangements including the ability to work from home
